This lightweight formula locks in your makeup with a soft mist of illuminating pearls for a naturally glowing, radiant finish. The bi-phase formula is designed to activate when shaken. The top layer is infused primrose oil and vitamin E to nourish and lock in moisture while the bottom layer of lilac extract, hyaluronic acid and aloe vera work together to refresh and soothe skin.
