Didilya, the slavic love goddess, also known as Paparuda, and by a number of other names, is a mysterious figure. One half of a set of twins, Didilya is associated today with a folk ritual in Easter Europe where a young girl dresses in a grass skirt dances and sings through the streets of her village, getting showered with water by her neighbours.
